Welcome to VyeAssist! My name is Jamie Elisabeth Vyent, and I’m excited to bring my extensive experience and passion for hospitality, tourism, event planning, and administrative tasks to you.

Hospitality and Tourism
With years in hospitality and tourism, I excel in creating exceptional guest experiences. My career began in this dynamic field, honing my skills in customer service, organization, and communication. I have managed reservations, coordinated guest stays, and ensured seamless experiences in various hotels and tourism businesses. I am skilled in both front-office and back-office operations, giving me a comprehensive view of hospitality.
In tourism, I have handled passenger check-ins, document and visa checks, and ensured timely departures. This role required precision and strong communication skills for efficient passenger processing.

Administrative and Executive Roles
My background as a secretary and executive has equipped me with a wide range of administrative and organizational skills. I excel in managing complex schedules, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring smooth information flow within organizations.

Group Reservations and Events
 I specialize in managing group bookings, handling requests for 10 to 480 rooms, and have successfully managed large group requests in Rotterdam. I am skilled in planning and organizing meetings and events, from small meetings to large conferences. Preparing and following up on quotes, and maintaining client communication via phone and email, are part of my daily routine.
